Ocular Toxicity Related to Cetuximab Monotherapy in an Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patient

A 58-year-old Italian woman was diagnosed in December 1997 with colon adenocarcinoma. After resection and preoperative clinical evaluation for distant metastases, the disease was classified as pT4, pN1, cM0. She received six courses of adjuvant chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil and folinic acid, according to the Mayo Clinic schedule (1).
