The Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, Inc., recently presented Helena Chang, M.D., with its 1999 Leadership Award. She is a breast cancer surgeon at the University of California, Los Angeles Jonsson Cancer Center and director of the Revlon/UCLA Breast Center.
