Erratum
Erratum: "30-day mortality and major complications after radical
prostatectomy: influence of age and comorbidity" by Alibhai
et al. [J Natl Cancer Inst 2005;97:1525–32]. An earlier
version of
Table 1 was inadvertently used instead of the correct,
updated one. The correct table used updated diagnostic and procedure
codes for complications after review by two expert panels. On
page 1525, abstract, first sentence of Results section, "2246
(20.4%) had one or more complications" should read "2195 (19.9%)
had one or more complications." Similarly, on page 1527, second
column, third paragraph, line 1, "2246 men (20.4%)" should read
"2195 men (19.9%)." The corrected
Table 1 is given here. None
of the main results, other tables, or figures have changed,
and the error does not alter the authors’ overall conclusions.
The authors and the Journal regret the error.
