Efficacy and Antivascular Effects of EphA2 Reduction With an Agonistic Antibody in Ovarian Cancer
J. Natl. Cancer Inst. Landen et al. 98: 1558

Supplementary Figure

The following supplementary figure accompanies this article.

Files in this Data Supplement:

  • Supplementary Figure 1 - VEGF and basic FGF expression with EA5 therapy. A) Mice bearing IP HeyA8 tumors were treated with two doses of 10 mg/kg IgG (72 hours apart) or 10 mg/kg of EA5 and 100 μg of paclitaxel, and collected 48 hours after the second dose. These samples were then subjected to immunohistochemistry for VEGF, and a diffuse decrease in VEGF expression was noted, similar to that of EA5 alone. B) tumor lysate prepared after treatment with IgG, Taxol, EA5, or combination therapy was subjected to western blot for VEGF. A decrease in expression is noted with EA5 and combination therapy, but not with Taxol alone, as compared to control IgG treatment.
