Awards, Appointments, Announcements

{blacksquare} Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, N.Y., has made several recent appointments.

Francisco J. Hernandez-Ilizaliturri, M.D., has been named assistant professor in the Department of Medicine and a scientist in the Department of Immunology. He specializes in the research, diagnosis, and treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. He recently completed his fellowship training at Roswell Park in 2002.

Minoo Battiwalla, M.D., has been appointed to the Leukemia Section of the Department of Medicine. Battiwalla was previously at the National Institutes of Health.

Rachael Rossitto, D.D.S., was appointed staff clinician in the Department of Dentistry & Maxillofacial Prosthetics. She completed residency training in dental oncology and maxillofacial prosthetics at Roswell Park in 2003.

Wainwright Jaggernauth, M.D., has been appointed to the Department of Radiation Medicine. He was previously at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
