Erratum:
"Quality of Life in Long-Term, Disease-Free Survivors of Breast Cancer: a Follow-up Study" by Ganz et al. [J Natl Cancer Inst 2002;94:3949 (Issue 1)]. On 39, in the "Study Design and Subject Recruitment" section of "Subjects and Methods," the second sentence should read: "The initial study eligibility criteria required that women had had a diagnosis of stage 0, I, or II breast cancer between 1 and 5 years earlier, that they be disease free, and that they be on no current cancer therapy other than tamoxifen." On 43, in the "Impact of Previous Systemic Adjuvant Treatment on Long-Term QOL" section of "Results," the third sentence should have indicated that data on treatment were missing for two of the disease-free survivors. Similarly, Table 2 should have noted that only 761 survivors were included because treatment data were not available for the remaining two survivors. On 44, in the first column, 763 should have been shown as 761 in lines 3, 11, and 13. Finally, Table 4 should have indicated that the regression analyses were done for the 761 survivors for whom treatment data were available. The authors regret the errors.
