Correction

A story in the Nov. 15 News ("Do Follow-up Tests Actually Help Detect Recurrent Disease?" p. 1798–1800) suggested that the National Comprehensive Cancer Network recommends ultrasound screening for uterine cancer for women with breast cancer who are taking tamoxifen.
