Biomarker Combination Associated With Prostate Cancer Recurrence

A new analytic tool has enabled researchers to identify a biomarker combination that is associated with prostate cancer progression. Using high-density tissue microarrays, researchers found that high expression of the protein EZH2 coupled with low expression of another protein ECAD is statistically significantly associated with prostate cancer recurrence after radical prostatectomy, as defined by a PSA level above
