James Huff, Ph.D., has received the American Public Health Associations David P. Rall Award for Advocacy in Public Health. Huff is an investigator with the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences who helped launch federal programs that categorize the potential hazards of chemicals for scientists and laymen.
